If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get your money back to source account. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you received the product.
 For returning the product, we request you to Email it on ID-orafrenzy@gmail.com and we would initiate reverse pick up of the product.
To be eligible for a return, âYour item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it & âIt must be in the original packaging and the tags should be intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive the package and pass the QC, we will initiate the refund process and you will receive an email with details for refund processing within 10 days.
